bit877 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. All bit877 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a Member makes a deposit using an international payment method such as Visa, Mastercard, or USDT, the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will be applied. bit877 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your payment provider.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bit877 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, deducted until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates their account. Members will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

There is no fixed maximum deposit, however bit877 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or compliance purposes. In the event of an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to mispriced odds resulting from a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — bit877 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. bit877 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of acting on an erroneous price.
PSL and all cricket betting markets on bit877 are subject to the official results as declared by the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable. In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or rescheduling, individual market rules will apply as displayed in the respective market's terms within the platform.
All casino games available on bit877 — including live dealer games, slots, Monster Plinko, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available within each game's information panel.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your Device is adequately protected with up-to-date security software.
bit877 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of account closure, any legitimate real-money balance remaining in the account (following the deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation outcomes) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and withdrawal procedures.
